ABOUT US

We are a small local business that first started out in 2022 making didgeridoo's and Artifact's for our dance troupe to use for our corroborees. We soon realised we had to more offer in the way of cultural workshops and community events. Our Team is made up of like minded indigenous people and business Collaborations.

Mission

Our Missions is to share as much culture as possible. We pride ourselves on teaching culture with historical accuracy and scientific backing. All our teachings are brought together by elder advice, anthropological research and in – depth cultural knowledge. We are currently in the midst of becoming one of Rockhampton’s major cultural service providers as we are the only actively practicing dance troupes within the region. We provide Didgeridoo Workshops, Corroboree Workshops, Artefacts Workshops, Kupmurri Workshops, Indigenous History Workshops, Indigenous Art and we also provide Corroboree performances.

Vision

We see a future we're everybody can share culture and be fully immersed in it. If all New Zealanders can do the Haka why not have it so that any Australian can be a part of a corroboree? Culture should be accessible by all.

GAMI OLLIE
OUR FIRST ELDER

Gami Ollie is the reason we can do what we do! She is the oldest living Dharumbal elder!

She was the first elder to give us permission to share our culture, knowledge and customs with the wider community! In my eyes, she is a kind hearted, strong, determined true indigenous elder and leader! I know she's has got our back and we have hers!
